Ministry can be an emotional roller coaster even in the best of times. FACILITY EVALUATION 
Facility evaluation includes an outdoor and indoor presentation inspection.  The inspection would require you to show me through the building at any time. 
 
SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE AND CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES 
The Sunday service audit begins thirty minutes before start time through the end of the service. 
 
LEADERSHIP INTERVIEWS 
Key Leadership interviews involve ten questions requiring about thirty minutes per team member. 
 
PASTOR'S PERSONAL ASSESSMENT AND INTERVIEW 
The pastor's self assessment and interview takes about one hour.  The more time we spend together during my visit, the better.  We can discuss your thoughts and concerns as they come to mind. 

ADMINISTRATION 
Administration assessment requires me being on site, during a normal weekday morning, to observe and be available to your staff for discussion concerning possible improvements. 
 
FINANCE 
A Finance Consult can range from analysis of your yearly statement to cost details of monthly operation. A report of my findings and recommendations will be prepared and delivered to you.
